Once our Hermes team’s dedicated customer service receives a client’s order, we immediately initiate the processing workflow, ensuring every VIP customer enjoys a seamless shopping experience. The order is quickly forwarded to the security check department, and before shipping, we confirm product details with the customer via WhatsApp to prevent any shipping errors.

·Artisan Inspection
Once the product is confirmed, our handcraft engineers and design team pass it to skilled artisans for a thorough inspection. This process typically takes about three days to ensure that every detail meets our high standards of perfection.

·Quality Inspection and Shipping
After the artisans complete their checks, the product undergoes a thorough quality inspection to ensure there are no defects. Once it passes inspection, we ship within one business day through our trusted shipping partners. Before shipping, we send the VIP customer videos and photos of the product to confirm every detail meets their expectations. Additionally, we package it carefully to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We anticipate any potential post-sale issues, resolving them in advance to ensure the product arrives on time.

·Customer Feedback and Service Optimization
After the product is delivered, we conduct a satisfaction survey via WhatsApp to gather feedback from our VIP customers. This process helps us understand their experience and further refine our service, ensuring we consistently provide an exceptional customer experience.
